Tracy was last seen after returning home to Oil City during the early morning hours of January 23, 2011. Her silver 2006 Dodge Charger was later found abandoned and burned near North Lakeshore and Kuhn's Road. Tracy has never been located.

Identifying Features

Burn scar near her left eye. Tattoos include "Biscuit" on her right leg, "Eddie" on her right calf, and a flower and name on her upper arm.
