Shelly Renee Strode was 31 years old when she was reported missing from Louisville, Kentucky, on April 3, 2014. She is a white female, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs between 150 and 180 pounds. She has blonde or strawberry-colored hair and blue eyes. 

Strode was reported missing by friends on April 3, 2014, after they had not seen or heard from her. She was last seen in Louisville, Kentucky, on that date. Available law-enforcement records do not identify a possible destination or a vehicle associated with her disappearance. 

Strode has several identifying characteristics. She has a tattoo on the back of her neck consisting of cursive writing believed to read “Jordan.” She also has a tattoo featuring two banners and two hearts on her upper arm near the shoulder. Another tattoo on her other upper arm contains the names and dates “Tammy M. Kendall 1951–2001” and “Brandon G. Strode 1985–2008.” She also has a crooked front tooth.
