Pearl Washington Jr., also known by the nicknames Moses and Ishee, was 62 years old when he was last seen at his residence in the 100 block of D Magee Badon Road in Tylertown, Walthall County, Mississippi, on August 30, 2017.

Pearl is described as a Black/African American male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds. He was last known to be wearing a white shirt with gold and black stripes and blue jeans and may have been carrying a black wallet.

Pearl was known to have a mental disability which could impact his ability to ask for assistance. At the time of his disappearance, he was associated with a white 1996 Mercury van with gold trim, Mississippi license plate WLC795.
