Norma Cheryl Cornelius

Norma Cheryl Cornelius was 24 years old when she disappeared from New Orleans, Louisiana, on September 25, 2008. She was last seen at an establishment on Bourbon Street and has not been seen or heard from since. 

Very few details surrounding Norma’s disappearance have been publicly released. According to available records, Norma was last known to be at her place of business on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter area of New Orleans. After that day, she vanished, and investigators have not been able to determine what happened to her or locate her. 

Norma is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was approximately 5 feet to 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighed between 100 and 120 pounds. She had several distinctive identifying features, including tattoos of the word “Sterling” on the left side of her neck, roses on her left forearm, and a cross on her left hand near her fingers. 

Investigators have noted that Norma may have used additional names, including Dawson, Graham, and Snow. 

At the time of her disappearance, Norma had connections to both Louisiana and Wisconsin. Public information indicates she had ties outside of New Orleans, but the circumstances surrounding why she was in Louisiana at the time she went missing and what occurred afterward remain part of the unanswered questions in her case.
