Marshall Besong Agbor was 37 years old when he disappeared while visiting New Orleans, Louisiana, for a conference. Agbor was originally from Cameroon and was living in the Washington, D.C. area at the time of his disappearance. 

On June 7, 2019, Marshall was last seen around 5:00 p.m. in the 400 block of St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans. He had traveled to the city to attend a conference and was expected to return to Washington, D.C., on June 8. He never returned to his hotel room and did not board his scheduled flight. Authorities later learned that he had failed to return to the embassy in Washington, D.C., where he was expected by July 10. 

After Marshall failed to return, he was reported missing, and the New Orleans Police Department began investigating his disappearance. Investigators searched for information about his whereabouts and asked the public for assistance. Despite efforts to locate him, no confirmed sightings or evidence explaining what happened to Marshall have been publicly reported. 

At the time he went missing, Marshall was described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing between 200 and 230 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes. He was bald and had a mustache and goatee. 

Marshall's disappearance remains unsolved. His family and investigators continue to seek answers about what happened after he was last seen on St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans on June 7, 2019.
