Jeffrey "Lynn" Smith disappeared on December 4, 1985, from Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was 16 years old at the time of her disappearance. Lynn, was last seen in Garland County, Arkansas. After that day, she was never seen or heard from again, and her case remains unsolved.

Lynn was walking home from school with her boyfriend Frank on Silver Street. She was wearing pink pants, a brown jacket, tan shoes, and her favorite ring. The ring was found later at a pawn shop. That was the last time she was seen alive. 

At the time she went missing, Lynn was a 16-year-old Black female. She was approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed about 110 pounds. She had brown hair, brown eyes, and a medium brown complexion. Her ears were pierced, and she had a mole on the right side of her chin.
