Iesha Jackson disappeared from El Dorado, Arkansas, in November 2020. The 23-year-old was last known to have been in the El Dorado area after returning from a trip to Houston. Her family has stated that they do not believe she left voluntarily and continues to search for answers about what happened to her.
According to investigators, Iesha attended a Halloween party on October 31, 2020, before traveling to Houston on November 3. She returned to El Dorado on November 4, and shortly afterward, she was reported missing. During the investigation, police determined that Iesha had contact with several people after returning to El Dorado, but details about those communications have not been publicly released.
Before her disappearance, police reports indicated that Iesha’s home had been burglarized twice in the same week. When family searched for her, they found the front door of her home partially open, and her phone was still inside the residence.
The El Dorado Police Department has conducted an extensive investigation, including the execution of more than 160 search warrants. State and federal agencies have assisted with the case, and investigators have identified several persons of interest, although specific details have not been released in order to protect the investigation.
In 2023, Sgt. Shelly Rowland was assigned to the case, bringing new attention and investigative efforts. A private investigator working with Iesha’s family has also continued to pursue leads and speak with individuals connected to the case.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to locating Iesha Jackson. Her family continues to ask anyone with information to come forward.
